In today’s economy, there are millions of people unemployed and out of work.  So for those who DO have a job, they feel very lucky to be working.  But many people know they are over qualified and under paid for the jobs they have, or they hold a job they’re qualified for, but are still under paid.  Your employer is trying to hold a line on overhead while still turning out good work.  So chances are if you ask for a raise, or a job with more responsibility, you’ll be turned down.

The problem lies in the fact that, the employer knows people need jobs and will settle for any job and pay, just to bring income to the family for survival.  You, the employee, are at the mercy of your employer.  This causes dissatifaction with your job, which may lead to boredom and disinterest.  You drudge to work because you have to, but you’d rather be doing a job with more interest and challenge.

There is a way of helping ease some of the boredom.  You can start a business part time from home to earn extra income and help get you out of the rut of boredom.  You may find that eventually, you earn enough part time at home to be able to fire your boss!  What a wonderful feeling of freedom!  Are you ready?  Then let the creative juices flow!
