It’s Safe Now For Vacations In Mexico
During the last year, there was a lot of fear for travel to Mexico because of the prevalence of the H1N1 flu virus. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control has reported this year, that the virus activity overall, remains low in the Northern Hemisphere, making it safe now to plan again for vacations in Mexico.
There are many wonderful destinations in Mexico. But some of the most popular and prominent destinations are the coastal locations; Cancun, Cozumel, and Tulum. The Mexican Tourism Board notes that air and cruise travel is on the rise again, and many tourist locations are offering great prices and discounts to help lure tourists back.
When you plan your Mexican vacation, it’s still wise to avoid border towns, like Tijuana, because of the problem with drug-war violence. But the well visited and traveled tourist coastal areas are much safer. Besides, they are also much more beautiful and offer SO much more. Let your plans begin!

There are simple rules for travel Mexico, not much different from travel anywhere else.
Go to hotels which pick you up with their staff in their well signposted vehicles. Drive only on toll roads. Stay at places that are away from the US border. Ixtapan Spa Hotel and Golf Resort is one of those safe and serene affordable resorts with spa, golf, and other top class amenities at amazing prices. Summer weather is delicious as it is located in the mountains at 5400 ft.
